The Week article "Can Macs Beat PCs in The Corporate World?" published on May 24, 2011, indicates the new generation of Macs are starting to beat the PCs in terms of sales. The author is trying to analyze the reason behind Mac's succeess. Furthermore, the auther posed the most critical question: who is going to win- Macs or PCs? According to my experience with Maccs their comany on is focused on presenting productes which have a high quality from the inside more than focuing on the outer style. As an example, Macs recently presented new laptop which the Mac Pro, which comes in only two colors sliver and white. Therefore, from my point of view, there are many differences between the options which Macs offers to their customers and what PCs offer. The first difference is the applications. For example, Macs have unique applications that do not fit on the other laptops. Also, each item they present has his own style and program. It's focus is on users who want to use this application. However, all the PC companies have the same application. Anotherdifference is with Macs customers recive a guartantee that the materials that they will buy will last for a long time. Nevertheless, if there are any technical complications, Macs customer can contact a very specialized professional computer engineering who will provide them with they need it. Despite the fact that those PCs don't establish branches don’t exist in every market. As a customer, I suffered from unprofessional attitude towered an issue with my PC.The bottom line is that either they have no branches in the area or you will get second hand spare parts from a local store. And that for sure will effect on PCs customer revievs. Overall, I prefer to choose the Mac for the high quality produces that the company displays to their customers. I believe, eventually, people will replace their PCs with Macs. For me, I am pondering changing my old PC with a new Mac.
