On June 16, 2011, " Homework Revolt': Time to Give Kids a Break? article which published in The Week magazine illustrated that many of Untied State schools are thinking about limiting the amount of schools homework. Recently, New Jersey's schools are thinking about limiting the homework students do at home to 10 minutes per day. Considering the big contete of the homework assignments, student's parents start to complain that their children do not have time to interact into outside activities, beside that they won't have the time to spend with their family. For example, a child might approximately take from 4-7 hours just to do his/her homework. On the other hand, teachers seem to be sure that the homework assignments will contribute the individual ability by improving the students independents learning. When the students are tend to do their homework at home, it will give them the inactive to find appropriate answer from different recourses. Therefore, this process will increase the students knowledge and by using search techniques the information will stick in their brain because they made a hard effort to find the answers for homework. From my prospective, I am sure that taking off the homework assignments are not the best solutions. I tend to choice to make a balance between the big assignments and the small once. for example, teachers could give students one big assignments and two small or if teachers saw that the students has to make a lot of thinking and search, she should managed the amount of homework that she will be given. Specifically, teachers should be more focused on the quality more than quantity. In this exact moment, definitely teachers are going to see more improving in students skills. I am looking forward to be part on any changing to manage the best salutation to solve this contribute in a helpful way for both sides.
